As a registered tax agent, WE SMSF has a range of responsibilities and obligations under the Tax Practitioners Board’s (TPB) Code of Professional Conduct and also under taxation law. To assist in understanding your obligations as a taxpayer as well as WE SMSF’s obligations as a registered tax agent, the TPB has prepared an Information for Client Factsheet. The factsheet includes details of how you can search the TPB’s register of tax agents and, where relevant, how you can make a complaint to the TPB about a tax agent service we have provided.
Fund Establishment – Documents only

This service includes:

Company Establishment

WE SMSF manages all necessary documentation to establish a new Private Pty Ltd or SMSF Special Purpose company on your behalf and completes the ASIC registration process.
All legal documentation is prepared in collaboration with a specialist lawyer, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the establishment process.
Investment Strategy – Base Tier
$150 per Strategy
Superannuation law requires SMSF trustees to “formulate, regularly review, and give effect to” an investment strategy that reflects the fund’s overall circumstances and objectives.
WE. can provide a tailored investment strategy template for your client—clearly documented to satisfy both auditor expectations and ATO compliance requirements
Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (ROPS) Registration
$700
WE SMSF prepares all required documentation to register the self‑managed superannuation fund for ROPS.
This service includes completing and lodging the necessary forms with HM Revenue & Customs on behalf of the SMSF Trustee.
To ensure the correct documents are prepared, please submit this form to your relationship manager before completing the Fund Establishment Form—or immediately afterward if prior submission isn’t possible.
